HALLETT MLD MEMBERS – MCVIP PILOT TRACK DAY

PILOT EVENT–MCVIP track DAY program FOR MOTORCYCLES!

NEED MINIMUM 15 ENTRIES BY OCT. 23 TO BE A GO….

Private track day experience with only 5 bike run groups!

Camping allowed SAT night, gates open 5-10pm. SUN gates open 7am-7pm.

MCVIP Club rider entry fee includes the following items for $349/day:

• Six 15-20 minute track sessions…only 5 bikes per run group!
• Maximum of 30 bikes total.
• This special pilot event will use the same annual MLD membership you already have.
• Rider meeting @ 8am
• Covered raceport parking. Available first come, first served.
• Transponder for lap time tracking and analysis, if needed.
• Self-serve coffee bar with continental breakfast treats.
• Catered lunch for each registered rider. (Purchase additional $20 lunch tickets for family/friends with registration to guarantee availability)
• NO first timers to Hallett at this event unless you have a private coach….AND rider MUST contact office to get management approval. 918-356-4814

• $10/pp gate admission for facility usage costs
• No digital photos

• Electric for tire warmers $20
• Snacks/Lunch/Drinks for extra guests $20/pp
