About COMMA:
The COMPETITION MOTORSPORTS ASSOCIATION (COMMA) Challenge is a Hallett Motor Racing Circuit (HMRC) exclusive road racing organization. It is designed as a fun, “run what you brung”, family-friendly environment, with great competition with great people both on/off the track. Friday & Saturday nights around the paddock often turn into potluck dinners, social hour, and family play time creating racing friendships for a lifetime! The COMMA motto is “the maximum amount of track time in a user-friendly, no hassle, minimum of red-tape atmosphere, for the lowest entry fee possible”. Digital photos at each event are included in the entry fees, including your podium pictures! COMMA season points champions are recognized at a Saturday night banquet on Round 1 of following season at the track. Note: First-timers to COMMA must drive on Friday practice day to be evaluated before they will be permitted to drive on Sat/Sun for races. Exception: If driver has an active road racing license with another group, we will allow driver to skip Friday test but driver MUST drive in Sat AM practice session for observation by officials before allowed to qualify/race. Registration Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation requests received at least 2 weeks prior to event, will receive 90% account credit or refund.
- Cancellation requests received less than 2 weeks but greater than 1 week prior to event, will receive 75% account credit or refund.
- Cancellation requests received less than week prior to event or mechanical failure during multi-day event, will receive 50% account credit or refund.
- No credit or refund for no-show or after you go on track.
- HMRC Account Credits will expire at the end of the year following the credit. (for example, a credit issued on 4/1/2025 will expire 12/31/2026.
- Events will run Rain or Shine!
