Rent the HMRC facility for your event, BIG or SMALL! We will customize the staffing and equipment to fit your needs whether a sanctioned racing event, club event, corporate event, race team test/practice, or just a family fun track day in your street cars!
2024 TEST/PRIVATE DAY RENTAL (NON-COMPETITION EVENT)

BASE FEE includes 5 cars/bikes. Additional cars/bikes are ~$120 each.
Test day track sessions are limited to five (5) cars/bikes per session. For events with more than 5 cars/bikes in a group or track session, additional event insurance will also be required. Driving/riding instructor is required for all first-timers to HMRC, unless licensed racer or pre-approval. HMRC instructors are available for private day instruction for additional fee, request during booking to confirm availability.

HMRC can supply any or all of the following:
- Event staff and corner marshals
- Flags and radios
- Fire truck and recovery truck with operators
- Extrication equipment with operator
- Track oil clean-up equipment and personnel
- Emergency personnel
- Covered ports/RV parking with hookups
- Race Shop tire service (if available)
- Overnight security personnel
- Liability Insurance
- Finish Line Cafe indoor dining and VIP/staff catering also available (request quote). Food truck vendors, if needed.
